Spare room in broughton/stockbridge area

Bedroom facing the rear of the building is available. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. Currently no pets in the home but open to someone with pets.

It’s a bright, well aired flat in a nice area. Inverleith park is round the corner, the botanical gardens 200m away. Plenty of nice pubs, coffee shops, book shops all round. It’s a short walk down to the docks, 20 minutes into town/leith. The streets quiet at night, never had any bother.
Also has its own shared garden. Neighbours are all nice people, never had any complaints or anything to complain about.
There’s a bed and cheap clothing hangar if needed for the person moving in or they can be put out for council collection if you have your own furniture. The flat came unfurnished but only taking a few smaller pieces with me when I leave (coffee table, sideboard)

My flatmate, who’s staying, is nice. Easy to live with. From New Zealand, does kite surfing. We get along fine and have our own lives which I found a nice balance. I’ve just changed jobs so moving closer to my new work.
