ABOUT ME AND WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
You will be sharing this peaceful and tidy space with me—a friendly full-time employed female who enjoys activities like photography, art, outdoors and the occasional chat over a tea/coffee.
I'm looking for a tidy, relaxed, non-smoker female tenant who is a good fit for the flat's atmosphere. Ideally, you are someone who values a clean and chilled home environment and is respectful of personal space, but still happy to occasionally share time and space within the flat.
Long term stays are preferred but I'm also open to short stays of minimum 6 months.
Students considered if they can contribute to the council tax.
RENT DETAILS
- **Rent and some bills: £714 per month
- **Energy Bills:** depending on the usage and starting from £38 minimum per month.
- **Deposit:** A £600 deposit is required.
- **Contract:** The initial contract is for 3 months, after which it will continue on a rolling monthly agreement.
