Nelson street: fun professional sporty flat

We are 3 professionals looking for 1 extra person to join us in our New Town flat as one of the girls has moved away. All three of us are working (finance, consulting and languages), and enjoy pub trip and weekly dinner together. I have lived in the flat for 2 years, and the other two have moved in the last few months.

We are all active and frequently go to local triathlon and running clubs. We have a box room for the bikes, and have a car so have planned to bag some munros.

Local Tesco is down in broughton and we do stuff fairly communally. Looking for someone who wants to stay for at least a year, is fun and out going and wants to be friends as well as flatmates. There is space for a desk in the bedroom.

We don’t mind regarding gender, but no couples. There are two boys and 1 girl currently.

We split council tax between the three, and would want someone else to contribute to this too. It is a privately owned flat so no deposit. Landlord is pretty reasonable and fixes stuff on time. Council tax is approx 60 each.
