Cozy double in quiet flat

Hi, I am an online student and working professional in central Edinburgh. My flatmate has recently moved out and I now have a spare room available. I have lived here 4+ years (:

The flat is cozy, with good a location to Leith, central Edinburgh, and lots of buses. Kitchen is up to date with good storage, and a shared shower, hallway storage, etc.

I am a very quiet flatmate mostly, and occasionally out of the flat 2 nights a week. Looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, no parties but still sociable! Happy to accomodate most things. Clean and tidy, the flat comes with most furniture included, and I'm happy to share my personal appliances.

Pets are welcome if okayed by landlord (he has previously said ok to dogs and cats).

As a student I do currently have no council tax, but open to splitting for the right professional flatmate if needed!
