We are students looking for a new flatmate, for our long term rental agreement. We are social and friendly people, with respect for other's space and privacy.

The room is available from October to August and we're preferably looking for someone who can join our contract until then.

We can answer any questions you have about the flat or us, our Landlord is very kind and quick to respond. We would be able to add you to the contract within a week of responding to our ad.

Rent: £750/ month
Deposit: £900
