Room available near King’s buildings

Hey there! I’m moving out of my lovely house and need someone to take over the tenancy. The rent has been paid until the end of the month - but we can coordinate an earlier move-in time if you need it. Officially available from the 1st November!

You’ll be living with Emily and Kate, both young professionals in their mid twenties. They work full time and have backgrounds in theatre, arts and history. Lovely and social but also appreciate people need their alone time! Ideally we would want a replacement of similar age.

The flat is very close to King’s buildings, with good transport links into town. Buses 12 and 24 land right on your doorstep. The room is spacious and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Any further questions please message me!
