Double room in spacious flat - Looking for Mon-Fri

Hi there. Looking for someone who is working in Edinburgh Mon-Fri or intermittently and looking for a fully set up room and flat to base themselves. I'm a doctor, and grew up and worked in Scotland for most my life. Im in a similar situation working in Dundee every other week Mon-Fri and looking to cover costs for my own accommodation there, and ideally make the most of the empty space for someone who could use it as wont be around as much during many weekdays (so you would have flat to yourself a lot of the time). Its a lovely spacious, warm, and bright flat in a great area of Edinburgh. Room has lots of storage space with built in wardrobes (I will move my current office setup out of the room to give you more space). Theres lots of amenities that come with the flat listed below and mostly looking for someone who is clean and respectful. In general, when Im around Im quite active, often out running or at the gym round the corner from the flat, or occassionally catching up with work.

- Excellent bus links straight to town and straight to RIE/Little France
- Large shopping centre with ALDI/Sainsburys 2 mins walk and 5 mins to Blackford hill all in a very nice area
