Double room in spacious Comely Bank flat

Hi,

I have a room available for November - March in a two-person flat in Comely Bank (near Stockbridge).

Location
5 minutes from Inverleith Park and Stockbridge high street, 30 minutes walk to the centre

Flat
The flat is spacious with a living room, kitchen, door onto the communal garden and a bathroom and shower room.

I have recently bought the flat and am in the process of buying more furniture. PLEASE NOTE I have included photos from the flat before I bought it as the flat is quite empty at the moment. I have set the rent deliberately low as although it will have furniture by the time a flatmate moves in, it won't have some soft furnishings and will only have key furniture (e. g. the living room will have sofas and a coffee table but probably not a chest of drawers). I may also paint a couple of rooms during the time you would be renting.

I'm happy to share more photos. It's a typical Edinburgh tenement flat. It just currently has very little furniture.

Flatmate
I am looking for a flatmate who is part flatmate/ part friend. Looking for someone who is up for hanging out a bit and eating together if we get on rather than being ships in the night.

I am tidy, friendly, non-smoking. I like walking, anything outdoorsy and art.
