I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in this two bedroom-one bathroom apartment located just off Elm Row/Leith walk.

The room advertised is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, large mirror, two night-stands and lamps. The flat has a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen and a large, tastefully decorated living room with a dining table and plenty of seating space. There are also two storage units in the flat.

The price indicated only covers the rent, utility bills will be on top of this: gas, electricity, broadband and council tax (band C). These currently come to about £190pp a month.

Within a 5-10 minute walk you can arrive at St. James/Princes Street, gyms, Tesco, Sainsbury, Co-op, tailors, coffee shops, parks and much more. Tram and bus stops are within a 2-3 minute walking distance.

About me: I am originally from Hungary but have lived in the UK for 12+ years. Previously lived in London and have been working as a scientist. I enjoy going for a swim, to the gym or drawing class, visiting galleries and museums, reading and electronic music - if we have any of these interests shared that`s always a plus. Ideally, I am looking for someone who is mature, considerate and tidy. No students or couples please. Someone who works hybrid or in the office is preferred.
