Rooms Available to Rent

Hi everyone,

We are looking to fill 2 rooms in our 4 bedroom flat on London Road. Both rooms are double bedrooms with large sash windows. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. One room also includes a desk.

The flat is also furnished and has good size communal areas including a living room and a shared kitchen. There is one bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, and a separate shower room (without a toilet).

We’re looking for young professionals for council tax reasons. You must have a UK Guarantor as the letting agent requires it.

You’ll be sharing with 2 others aged 25-29, who are working full time! We both have lots of creative hobbies and are foodies!!
Would love to find other easy going and sociable people. Must be LGBT+ friendly!!

The rent is currently £625 per month for each room with bills around £50-60 on top (cheaper in summer months). Council tax is £58 per month. Deposit is £937.50 (1.5x one month’s rent).

Letting through agency Ben Property but we have regular contact with our lovely landlady.
