4 Person Flat - Room with ensuite available!

Hi! I’m moving out of my flat and am looking for someone to take over my current lease. The flat is shared with three other girls who are all really friendly, easy to get along with, and keep the flat relatively tidy — there’s a great atmosphere and no drama.
The room available is a semi-furnished bedroom with an ensuite. The flat is in an excellent location on Royal Mile near South/North Bridge, which means we’re super close to the University of Edinburgh’s campuses and very well connected to bus lines, shops, cafés, and the city centre.
I’m looking for someone respectful and friendly to join the flat. The room is available to rent from Nov 1st, 2025.
