Double Room in Modern Flat.

Hey, my roommate is moving out at the end of October and I am looking to replace her on the tenancy agreement.

It will be a double room in a modern flat that was built just over a year ago. The house is furnished but the bedroom will be unfurnished.

Lots of space with the sun coming through the bedrooms in the morning and then the living room in the evening. It is a 15 minute walk away from Leith and a 35 minute walk away from the city centre with lots of bus routes nearby.

You will be sharing with 1 other person, me, who will be moving into the larger en-suite. I am a professional who likes to spend his free time gaming. I'm a pretty chill introvert but warm up to people quickly so can become social over time.

I have 1 cat and 1 senior guinea pig so I am looking for someone who is pet friendly, and ideally someone who loves cats. Looking for someone who is tidy, as my cat loves to eat human food that is left out.

Room will be £640p/m and additional bills will be equally split: council tax band E, energy and internet.
