Cozy double room in Clermiston

I have a cozy double room in a house in Clermiston to rent while I'm abroad. Please, read with understanding - only serious offers, please.

I am searching for a person/people for TWO months maximum: November and December. I will be away for majority of November. Because I'm an owner-occupier, and I WORK from the house, we have to get along.

I search for people with similar character and daily schedules, so tell me who you are, what you do and what your situation is BEFORE you want a viewing. If accepted, you've to sign a contract and pay one month's rent deposit (because I'm leaving my things behind when I'm gone).

I'm an intellectual worker, sensitive to noise & smells. However, I do most of the DIY jobs myself, so expect me to work on the house on weekends. That also means that when I'm away, you'd have to keep the house in order: hoover, wash toilet, get the bins out & in.

I'm against religions and support Ukraine in the war. I will not take people who are dirty, noisy, sexist, smoking and/or walking in shoes in the house. Apply only if that offer suits you.
