There’s lots of addition storage around the flat and a large kitchen diner with an oven, microwave, air fryer, and usual white goods. Bills usually come to ≈£89 for council tax and ≈ £25 for wifi/utilities each.

You would be sharing with 4 young professionals (2 male, 2 female), all are outgoing and sociable and often try to make time to socialise as a group. We would ideally be looking for another young professional who’s looking to rent for a longer term.
