Cozy room in a beautiful 4 bedroom in New Town

I am moving in with my boyfriend, so I no longer need this room. The room looks out into our lovely spacious garden, where you can see our rose bushes and pear tree (yup we have our own pears). It has an enourmous wardrobe with lots of storage - (big enough that Ive put a dresser inside which can be removed if you like).The downstairs living space is huge and very cozy, and the upstairs living room is full of light, so there are plenty of spaces to choose from whether you want to lounge or study. There are also two bathrooms, both including a tub. The flat consists of 2 girls and one male, all in 2nd at UofE, but other years are also welcome. Its a peaceful friendly environment a ten minute walk from princes street, and the neighbourhood feels like its straight from harry potter. If you enjoy a night out, its also a short walk from clubs like why not, gary's and kitty's, so no need to uber home. I havent taken pictures yet, but will upload as soon as I do.
