Double room available down Dalkeith rd

Our current flatmate tom has moved in with his partner so we need someone to take his room! It’s a large room that gets plenty of natural light in, located down Dalkeith rd so lots of buses and easy connections into town etc.

Our other flatmate adam is moving closer to his work to avoid his current hr and a half(!) commute. Adam’s room should be available from the 14th, while toms will be from the 7th.

Professionals preferred but students welcome if willing to pay council tax.

Bills are currently £66 on council tax, £60 on energy & £10 on WiFi. Energy bill should be going down soon.

We’re a fairly social flat, love to grab drinks together, go on wee trips, cook together, or just have nonverbal time with each other. We like to keep a tidy flat so definitely looking for someone of the same sort! No one cares if a dish is out for a tad too long but general cleanliness goes a long way.
