I'm looking for someone to take on my spare room for a couple of months (November 1st - January 15th).
The flat is well situated on a quiet road close to the top of Easter Road. It's within walking distance to the city centre. There are shops nearby and Leith Walk is one street away.
The room is furnished and has a wardrobe with hanging space. The shared kitchen is equipped with standard amenities.
You'll be sharing with one other person, a bartender who's out at work most days.
Electricity bills are not included and average around £30 pcm for heating and hot water during the summertime. Prices rise in the winter but the flat is incredibly well insulated.
