The flat is a two bedroom and is located halfway down Leith walk, about a minute walk from the tram/bus stop. Room is cozy but spacious with lots of storage. There is also space to set up a desk to work from home.
Rent is £600/month plus bills which come out at £142 (council tax, heating/gas and WiFi)
