I’m looking for someone to share a lovely second-floor flat close to Trinity, Edinburgh. The available room is a large, bright double room with a double bed, built in closet, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers — plenty of storage and natural light throughout the day.

The flat has a shared sitting room with a big bay window that catches the afternoon sun, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, and a bathroom with an over-the-bath shower. There’s also a large hallway and central heating throughout.

The location is fantastic — just a 12-minute walk to the Botanics, about 20 minutes walk to Stockbridge, and close to several supermarkets and with excellent delivery options!

The Council Tax band is D.
