Looking for a new flatmate to replace our outgoing friend and to complete our flat of 3😊 Ava and Erin are the remaining tenants. We are both working professionals aged 24. Ava is Irish and Erin is Scottish.
We are ideally looking for someone around the same age and a working professional. However, if a student is willing to contribute towards council tax, we are happy to consider you.
Ava is particularly passionate about sports, playing football and frisbee regularly. Erin also plays frisbee and is a wonderful baker. We enjoy watching the likes of Traitors and Bake-off as a flat. Creative activities such as costume making are also a regular occurrence.
Ava regularly works from home. Erin works from home on Fridays. Both approximately 9am-5pm. The flat is spacious so there is room for flexibility in changing up the location of work from home setup.
We have lived in the flat since 2021. We have a good relationship with the landlord and agency, who are both responsive and pleasant to deal with.
Rent: £616.67
Bills incl. Council Tax* average £130 a month, cheaper in Summer. Further breakdown can be provided.
*Council Tax band is E costing £77 per month.
Landlord’s Registration No. can be provided upon request. Letting agency is Southside.
