Hello! We have a room available from 11th November in Tollcross, a 1 min walk from the Meadows.

Rent is £432 per month, with all bills + council tax (band D) coming in around £84 per month.

You will be sharing with a 28 year old female, a 27 year old male and a 30 year old male. 2 PhD students and 1 professional. All very easy going :)

There are 2 bathrooms and a decent sized kitchen. The available room is on the main road side of the building so it can get noisy. I have been staying in this room for 8 months and found it fine. But it’s the cheapest room to reflect this.
