New flatmate-London Road area

My flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone new to join me. The flat is at the start of London Road (happy to share the exact address when arranging viewings).

I am looking for someone in their late 20s/30s (I’m 32 myself and a postgrad at the Royal Conservatory in Glasgow).

What I’m looking for in a flatmate:

• Someone who’s naturally tidy day-to-day. Keeping the flat clean and organised is really important to me.

• Mutual consideration and respect for each other’s space

• Someone who enjoys a quiet home environment

• Looking for an individual (not a couple)

• Totally fine if you have your partner over occasionally, but I’d like to keep the flat feeling like a home for two rather than three.

About the flat:

• 2 bedrooms (yours and mine), both overlooking the garden

• 1 bathroom with a bath, also garden-facing

• 1 kitchen with an open view into the living room

• 1 living room with a view onto the street

Rent: £946 total at the moment to be split in two (will increase in December and may rise again with the new tenancy).

Bills: Currently around £180 in total (to be split in two) but usually increases in the winter.
