Private double room in central Edinburgh

A double private room available for two months, from November 1st (perhaps before that date) and December, however, we would consider a wee longer stay after New Year. The flat is on a first floor building with private gardens.

Very central location in Warriston/Broughton area, just next to Water of Leith with Lidl and Tesco few minutes away. Walkable distance around town, such as near to Leith Walk – 10/15 Min Walk to St James Quarter & Princes Street. Free street parking.

Two lovely cats, live at our place, therefore you must be fine with them :) All bills included in the rent.

We will be away for a month or so, so you will stay on your own and the cats. A friend will come to feed them if necessary.

We are a couple and the owners. Looking for a single person only.
