Large Room in Shared Flat

A shared flat with 4 bedrooms, 2 larger and 2 smaller. The room available is one of the larger rooms, comes furnished with a desk, chair, mirror, closet, bed frame and mattress, bedside table and a dresser. There is a fire place, built in shelf, and a window that gets sunlight.

There is a cat who currently lives here, the owner is willing to make accommodations for anyone with some pet allergies but any severe allergies will still be difficult for this room. Unfortunately, she won’t get along with other pets, so no new dogs or cats will be considered.

There are two shower rooms, one that also have a toilet and sink the other is just a shower. All the photos posted on the ad are of common spaces and the video is of the bedroom.

The three roommates currently staying here are all students so most of our time is studying or at class but we do get along and will socialize together sometimes. Our interests range from cooking, board games or video games, to playing music and sports. We are clean and are looking for someone who is clean as well, mainly in the kitchen area/other common spaces. We have a dishwasher and washing machine both in the kitchen and lots of seating and a dining table.

We are primarily looking for another student to fill the room we have available.
