I am looking for someone to take over the lease on my room in Leith, Edinburgh. The room is in a flat shared with 3 others, and is located a block away from Leith Walk.
-Rent is £625 pm not including bills
-Council Tax band D
Other occupants are all clean, friendly, proffessional young people working in industry. We have a great relationship with the other poeple living in the building.
New flatmate should be clean, friendly and sociable.
Optimaly the should be able to move in by the 15th of November however some movement can be made.
The new flatmate would be expected to meet the current occupants before any decisions are made.
