Bright Central Double Room

Hi lovelies!
My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so I have a vacant room from the 4th of October.

Its a 2 bedroom flat super close to Montgomery Street Park.
Its a double room with loads of space, the actual flat is very cosy and the area is very nice and quiet, despite being so central!
I work from home every Friday and Saturday but otherwise have really long hours from Mondays to Thursdays 🌟
I'm looking for someone respectful and tidy : I'm quite a life - conscious person so I appreciate open communication and creativity ( either through art or any other way that makes sense to ya 🦋

Rent is 650 + bills
-70 (council t)
-40 (electrical)
-20 ( wifi, we're doing a new one so we can look at cheaper options)

Just got word from the landlady that there's a rent increase to take place from January to 800£ - I'm discussing this with her atm
