Room for rent in New Town / Stockbridge

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room in a New Town / Stockbridge flat! The room will be available from December onwards. The two bedroom flat comes with a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom, for £490 per month (bills not included). It's located in a quiet street with bus stops near. It's a 5 minutes walk from Tesco express and a 10 minutes walk from big Tesco and Lidl.

I’m a 25 year old PhD student in politics (meaning that I don't have to pay council tax). I'm looking for an easygoing flatmate between 22 and 30 years old who also values a clean space. Although I need my alone time after work, I'd like to live with someone who I can also chat with over dinner!
