Flatmate wanted for 2-bedroom flat Dalry/Haymarket

Hello!

I’m looking for a new flatmate, preferably female, in a 2-bedroom flat in Haymarket/Darly. The rent is £650 + bills (around £150) per month (council tax band C). The move in date is December 1st.

The flat is on the first floor of an apartment building and has a shared bathroom, kitchen, a dining and living room, a second toilet and a storage room. The available bedroom is southwest facing and gets lots of natural sunlight! There is also a garden that is shared with the rest of the building. The flat is less than 5 minutes from Haymarket station and close to Fountainpark, Lidl, Co-op and tons of restaurants.

You will be sharing the flat with me, a 26-year-old professional. I work hybrid, and work from home 1 day a week. I love to cook, read books, go walking and travelling.

I am looking for a professional (for council tax reasons) to stay long-term. I am looking for someone calm who has similar interests, and who is respectful of personal space and will help me keep the flat clean and tidy.
