Ensuite master bedroom in West End tenement flat

I am looking to sublet a spacious double bedroom with shower ensuite in a beautiful top-floor tenement flat in the West End. The room comes with plenty of storage including fitted wardrobe (the photos are from a few years ago so there are more homely touches now). Rent is £817 per month (including band E council tax), bills not included.

You would be sharing the flat with me - I am a 23-year-old professional and work full-time in the office. I like baking, music, gardening, jewellery-making and jogging. The number of houseplants in the flat is likely to increase during your tenancy.

I am looking for another young female professional who is relaxed, friendly and willing to help keep the flat looking clean and tidy. It would be nice if we could have film nights, cook together or be jogging buddies, but I often like my own space as well.

The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), shared kitchen and living room. We have views down onto the street from the bedrooms, and of the shared garden from the living room. It comes fully furnished down to cutlery and crockery.
