Double room in Leith (own bathroom)

Hi! I’m looking to replace my flatmate who is moving onto greener pastures! In Leith, 20-25 minute walk to town, well connected to buses and close to Leith Walk. Comes with free private parking. Room will be available from December onwards. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (other being small ensuite). Council tax band D. Will need to update bills as my current flatmate deals with wifi and gas/electric. Really lovely big roomy kitchen with good storage and cooking space. The room has inbuilt wardrobe and there is storage cupboard in the hall.

Looking for young professional/mature student.

I’m 26 years old, working for NHS. I
WFH one day a week but quite often go to local co-working spaces as prefer this. I have always appreciated having flatmates who are also friends, like catching up after work or going for a chill drink. Would also appreciate someone who is into cooking/baking as I bake often and require a flatmate who is happy to taste test. I have done 3 birthday cakes this year so this is also a perk of living with me!🎂
