Spare single bed room in great central location of Edinburgh, fully furnished and great views and lighting throughout the day. Shared living room/kitchen and large bathroom with shower.

We are a young student and professional and are often quite busy with uni/work and so looking to keep the flat clean and not so disruptive. Flexible with applicant but hope that we can get along well and enjoy our time together.

Students and professionals are welcome to apply but, if not in full-time work, a guarantor will be required. Our property is managed by Southside Property and so a successful applicant will be required to provide documentation and to be added to the tenancy agreement. Council tax band: E. Energy Efficiency Rating: B. Preferable move in date: 1/11/25 or earlier. Broadband and utilities bills are not included in rent payment.
