Hello! I'm looking for a friendly and like-minded flatmate to share my lovely 2-bed flat in the peaceful and super-central Hillside area of Edinburgh. It’s just a short walk from the city centre, but tucked away enough to feel like a calm retreat.

The Room / Space:
This isn’t your average flatshare. The available room is part of a unique “flat within a flat” layout, sectioned off with its own private vestibule, offering loads of privacy and peace. It stays warm in winter and cool in summer, making it a cosy and comfortable space year-round. The back of the bed has attic access for further storage of items.

You’ll share the bathroom (just fully renovated), a bright and well-equipped kitchen, and a comfy living room with me. The flat has recently been freshly painted and partially re-carpeted, and there’s ample on-street permit and paid parking.

About Me:
I'm a young, outgoing professional working in the events industry. I split my time between working from home and being onsite. I love to travel, cook, get outdoors, host the occasional dinner party or night out, and also enjoy a chilled night in.

Looking for someone who’s sociable, tidy, respectful and ideally on a similar wavelength – happy doing their own thing but also up for the occasional shared meal or chat over a drink.

There’s a sofa bed in the lounge, so occasional guests are fine – we can chat and agree on what works.
