Flat share - Spacious double bedroom with en-suite

Hey! I am moving flats and I am looking for someone to take my place. You will be flat sharing with a young professional (female, 29 yo). The room is a double bedroom with private en-suite bathroom. Big wardrobe and lots of storage space. Private parking space. Shared garden space. Lovely quiet area and quiet neighbours. Close to bus stops and 25min walk from the city center. Council tax band E.

We are looking for a young working professional. Apologies, no students, and no pets. The current rental agreement is with DJ Alexander Rentals.

Requirements from the rental company:
-Annual salary must be a minimum 30x the rent
-Must provide the following documents:
-ID (passport, ID, drivers licence)
-Proof of address (bills, bank/credit statment, Gov letter)
-Proof of Income (3 months pay slips+ one of the following - employment reference. employment contract)
