About Us:
You’ll be sharing with a friendly, professional female (35) for the majority of the time. Although we live there as a couple, Ryan will be away from home for most of the duration of the rental, so it will mainly just be Jules in the flat. We're looking for a respectful, tidy and considerate lodger (ideally another professional or postgrad student).

We both like bouldering, mountain biking, hiking and the outdoors in general, but also kicking back in front of the TV after a day at work. We enjoy cooking good food and are happy to share meals when desirable, but give you your own space when preferred too. It would be nice to have someone who is happy to socialise occasionally too!

Viewings available on 26th, 27th and 28th October with a view to moving in on 3rd November. The intention is for this to be a 5 to 6 month rental as we will both be back living here full time then, but there is also potential for it to be longer if we get on well!
