I’m looking for a full-time student to take over my tenancy at Meadow Court, managed by CRM Students.
The flat is shared with other students and includes a private ensuite room and a shared kitchen/living area.

The building offers:

All bills included (up to £250/year utility cap as per contract)

Laundry, study and social spaces

Great location near the University of Edinburgh

You would officially take over the lease through CRM Students (same contract terms as mine).
The next payment is due on 14 January 2026, covering the period from 10 January to 10 July 2026.
