This is a student accommodation, and I hope the new tenant is a University of Edinburgh student.
It’s a quiet and friendly flat shared with three other students (mixed gender).
There’s a big Tesco Superstore and a large Lidl nearby, and the reception here is very helpful — whenever there’s an issue, they usually fix it within a day.
There are also many bus stops around, making it super convenient to get anywhere in the city.
It takes around 20 minutes by bus to the George Square campus and about 15 minutes on foot to St James Quarter.
The area is peaceful at night, and people around are really nice.
The flat has a spacious shared kitchen, and everyone keeps it clean and tidy.

The accommodation also hosts fun community events, such as petting zoos and other social activities.

You can take over the room through the University of Edinburgh accommodation system — once you confirm the tenancy, the university will issue you an offer, I’ll cancel mine, and you’ll move in officially.
