Hello, I will be moving out of my 3-person flat and I am looking for a tenant replacement. The agency requires that the new tenant is a full-time matriculated student based at a university in Edinburgh, so no council tax is paid. The price per month per person is around £560 excluding bills.

The move-in date is flexible - anytime in January or February.

The new tenant would live with two quiet and respectful male students doing their PhD and Bachelor’s.

- great location: EH16 [Newington/Prestonfield], a 30-minute walk from both UoE central campus and King's Buildings, and only 10 minutes from the Cameron Toll shopping centre. There’s also a nearby bus stop with frequent services, making it easy to reach the central campus or Little France in about 20 minutes
- the bedroom has a double bed and a large window that lets in plenty of sunlight
- storage room present with lots of extra space
- garden access and a great view of Arthur’s Seat from the kitchen.
