Double Room in central location- top of Leith Walk

Hello! We are looking for a flat-mate to move in from the 5th of December.

Double room in 3 bed-room ground-floor flat with a large garden in the back. Super central location- next to a tram stop and 12 min walk from Waverly Station. Big communal lounge and pantry.

Both of us are 26-year-olds and working professionals. Gracie recently got her masters studying documentary film, and I did mine in Psychology.

We're looking for a queer-friendly housemate who also likes cats (they are very friendly). We have two kitties named Motley and Crewe.

In terms of our house dynamics, we're laid back but like to keep a tidy house. We're pretty social and would be down to have dinners and movie nights on our projector.
