Room for rent, Fountain Park, Edinburgh

A 2 bedroom flat near Edinburgh city centre, 4 bus routes within 10mins walking distance. Room is a double with access to a shared toilet, shared living room and shared kitchen. I have a motorcycle so if you have one you are welcome to share the space or I can pitch in for a permit( lots of permit spaces nearby). Council tax band D. Smoking is not allowed inside although vaping is okay with sufficient ventilation. We must be in agreement to keep all shared living spaces reasonably clean. Bills are included and we can set up new council tax for proof of address. No preference on roommate, looking for decent person and good vibes😊
