Hi! I’m Jasmin, a 23-year-old originally from Edinburgh. I’m passionate about wellness, and I'm starting a new career as a yoga teacher. Before diving into yoga, I spent three years as a professional chef, so I absolutely love cooking; there will always be nice smells in the flat. I like to keep a tidy space. I’m all about creating a positive, clean environment that’s good for the mind and body.

I’m seeking a female flatmate who’s tidy, organised, and respectful of shared spaces. Most importantly, I’m hoping to find someone friendly and easygoing who’ll be a great fit for a harmonious home. I'd love to form a friendly relationship with you where we'd be able to sit down over a cup of tea or a meal and tell each other about our days. That being said, I will still respect quiet time and your personal space.

I’ve been living here for less than four weeks, so it’s still a work in progress! The kitchen is fully furnished and in beautiful condition. The sitting room, however, still needs a few touches. Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be adding lamps and lamp shades, bookcases, desks, and coffee tables to create a cosy and welcoming space.

The flat is nestled in a fantastic area just off Leith Walk, surrounded by a vibrant community. We’re close to a variety of cafes, yoga studios, and beautiful gardens. It’s also less than a 10-minute walk to St. James’s Centre, placing you right in the heart of central Edinburgh with easy access to cinemas, shops, and more.
