I’m a friendly, easy-going guy living in the small box room, looking for a tidy, considerate flatmate who values a relaxed and clean home.

Bills are around £150 per person - £100 council tax, internet, TV licence, £50 Bills (Depending on season and consume awareness)
We have a parking space, £20 extra if used, or it can be rented out to offset bills.
My current flatmate is in the process of moving into his newly bought home, and a few items will go with him.
The new contract will be handled by DJ Alexander and will start on the 17/10, with the option to move in from the 10/10 if needed.
New change of tenancy agreement to be submitted by the 05/10.
