I'm looking for a replacement tenant for my premium studio flat with Hello Student Housing: South Bridge. Here are some details on the property:
1) My unit is a premium studio with an en suite bathroom, a full size fridge and freezer, an induction hob and oven, a washer/dryer in unit and lovely new finishes.
2) The place is very conveniently located to Uni - postal code EH1 1LS right across the street from the Old Law School of Edinburgh above Blackwell's Bookstore. It's about a 7 minute walk from George Square campus with bus routes to the other Edinburgh campuses right on our doorstep.
3) The flat is available at your earliest convenience and the tenancy goes through Sep. 4th, 2026. I have already vacated to live with a friend and the property is clean and ready for a new tenant.
4)£8,869 GBP.  from Jan to 4th September 2026 — that’s the remaining for the full year. All bills included (WiFi, electricity, heating, water).
5) Applicants must be full time postgrad students!
