This room is furnished (including bedding and duvet), part of a 2 bedroom flat, with shared hall, kitchen, and a bathroom. You will be living with my flat mate.
Deposit is £100 and the rent is for £500 (excluding the bills). Electricity and gas should be £30 each, and council tax is included in the rent.
The place is EH4, near 2 bus stops (~3 mins away), including services from 14, 16, 27, and 37. Lidl is ~7mins away by bus, Greggs is ~12mins by walk. There is also a few shopping centers nearby.
