Room for rent in Stockbridge available from 1/12

I’m offering a very spacious room in my flat for rent. You’ll be sharing the flat with me, and half of the time with my 9-year-old son.

I’m looking for someone tidy, organized, and considerate someone who enjoys sharing time together and doesn’t mind having a child around.

The neighbourhood is great and quiet, with plenty of local spots and supermarkets nearby.

Bills are not included in the rent but are usually around £185 per month, which covers council tax, gas, electricity, and internet.
