Flexible sublet in Southside Edinburgh

Double room for sublet
I'm looking to sublet my room for about one month (Dec 8th to mid-January) whilst traveling for the holidays! You'll be sharing the flat with two flatmates (late 20s) who are nice, respectful, and tidy. I'm looking for someone with similar characteristics that can get along well with them. Bills aren't included and come up to about £150 including council tax, electricity, gas, and wifi. The flat doesn't have a living room but the kitchen is big enough and has a small tv area where you can watch tv and hang out. The area is pretty quiet but has excellent links to many bus routes and it's just a 15min walk away from the meadows. The room is really spacious and has lots of light throughout the day.
