Sublet in Stockbridge

We're subletting a room in our lovely Stockbridge flat for 2-3 months while Jo goes to live our her West Coast dreams!

The flatmates are Steph and Huw (a couple) and Liam - all lovely humans who like to spend time together. Activities include sharing meals (made from our new veg box), watching movies, going to the pub, playing mario kart on the new Nintendo Switch.
It's a lovely, easy going flat and genuinely one of my favourite places I've ever lived.

About the people:
Huw - 35, black band tees 4 lyf (although this seems to be changing?). Works in renewable energy and has as many basses, guitars and amps as a flat could ever need.

Steph - 34, working as a therapist with a side gig of being an incredible interior designer (not really but the flat looks way better since she moved in)

Liam - 29, used to work in community gardening and is now studying horticulture at the botanics - can supply you with more photos of plants than you ever thought you needed. (Also the owner of the Switch and a very good player of the Untitled Goose Game)

About the room:
The room gets gorgeous sunlight in the mornings and because it is the smallest room in the house (but absolutely still big enough), you get the cupboard next to it as extra storage space.

About the flat:
The flat has a lovely big living room as well as a big kitchen and has access to the private garden in the crescent as well as the back garden of the tenement.

About the area:
There's loads of food shops and charity shops within a 5 min walk as well as easy access to the water of leith, inverlieth park and the botanics

Money things:
£650p/m all bills included

Availability:
The room is available from now and we are open to subletting until the end of March or April depending on what works best for you.

What we are looking for:
Classic respecful flatmate vibes would be great and even better if it's someone who wants to hang out and get involved in flat life.
