I'm looking for a new flatmate as my previous flatmate is moving.
The flat is in a great location, just into Leith. It's close to Waverley and right next to the McDonald Road tram stop, with lots of great bus links from Shrubhill too. It's close to shops (Tesco, Co-op, Sainsburys) and lots of lovely coffee shops and bookshops.
The room available has a king size bed. It is a large room with a big wardrobe. The flat has a lot of storage and has a lovely big light living room. The flat doesn't get freezing in winter which is good!

I am a researcher at a university. I love reading, getting a coffee, and crafts. I'm clean and respectful of the space.
I do some dogsitting too so I would hope a new flatmate would be okay with that!
