My current flatmates are moving out in early December, so I'm looking for someone to move into this double room in a 2-bed flat in Newington.
The rent will be ~£500 pcm. Bills are currently £90 on Council Tax (Band D), £55 on Energy and £12.50 on WiFi, per-person each month. There's also a parking permit/space included (currently unused!).
The flat is in a great location, just next to Holyrood Park and close to the City Centre.
A little bit about me: I'm a friendly and tidy professional who loves to read, bake, go on walks and I always have a craft project on the go! It would be great to share with another young professional who would enjoy socialising and would keep the flat generally tidy.
