I’m moving out next month and looking for someone to move in from 5th December onwards. You’ll be subletting from my friend Gabriella (who lives here) and sharing the house with Emma - both are lovely and easy-going.
They’re looking for someone who’s tidy and easy to live with. Both Gabriella and Emma work full-time, so they’re looking for another working professional (no students, sorry).
Rent: All bills, council tax, and internet are included — everything’s covered!
The house: A comfortable semi-detached home in a lovely, family friendly neighbourhood with great transport links - buses 3, 7, 8, 29, 31, 37, and 47 all go straight into town. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Cameron Toll or 10 minutes by bus.
