Double room near Holyrood Park

I’m moving out of a bad situation into a two bed near Holyrood Park and I’m looking for a flatmate to share a home with.

Double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, garden, parking. Rent £700, council tax £90, bills (theoretically) £50 each.

I’m 27, queer disabled n neurodivergent, and I think I’m pretty chill! I study a part time masters in Historical Linguistics (I don’t mind what you do so long as you’re willing to split council tax). Cleanliness matters to me a lot, and I’m pretty tidy all the time (but in a normal way, it’s for to be realistic with the demands of life). I have two indoor rescue cats, each with three legs - you don’t have to love them, but they will want to love you! I love hosting and will often have friends over to host dinner or study together, but I’m quite quiet as a person, so I’m looking for a social but relaxed household. Ideally we’d share dinner sometimes, be friendly, maybe run errands together, but also have our own lives.
